1.- Make good use of your time
In your work schedule, always dedicate your time to work, because distractions can make you unproductive and could make you work too much. If you overwork yourself, you will have to sacrifice time in your personal life and that is not a very good balance.
2.- Say no without fear
Sometimes, because of not knowing how to say no, because of fears of reprisals or insecurities, many people end up doing things they don’t really want to do. It’s normal that you want to help and support, but that doesn’t have to mean that you neglect your personal life. Saying no is very important to achieve balance.
3.- Set and respect your schedule
Having a well-defined timetable is good, but it is better if you really respect it. Not only at work, whenever you are going to do something keep in mind the amount of time you will have to spend on it. Being organized with your time and respecting it is one of the keys to achieving balance.
4.- Work towards goals
These goals do not have to be big and difficult to achieve (although it is not bad) you can also set daily micro goals, with very clear objectives that you can achieve in your daily life, this will help you to be better organized and you will also feel better to see how you are accomplishing one by one each task that you propose.
5.- Take care of yourself and prioritize yourself
We understand very well that work-life balance is difficult to achieve, but while you achieve it, never neglect your health. Sleep well, eat well, exercise and do things that make you happy, try to do them as much as possible, so that you can enjoy the fruits of your efforts for longer.
