People who are dependent on workers also get some of the privileges under this scheme. The insured will get benefits like monthly pension, cash benefits, dependent benefits, and many more. It is offered to permanent factories that employ a minimum of 10 employees and the scope is being extended to some more ventures.

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana

Under this scheme, citizens of the country get accident cover and the age group is between 18 years to 70 years. A bank account is opened in their name. For complete disability, the insured will get a cover of INR 2 lakh, and for partial disability, the cover is INR 1 lakh. The premium amount will be automatically debited from the bank account of the insured.

Janshree Bima Yojana

Under this health insurance scheme, the benefits can be availed of by people of the age group of 18 years to 59 years. This scheme is for the poor category of people in India. The scheme also comes with some special benefits such as Shiksha sahyog yojana, women SHG groups, etc. Under this government scheme, more than 45 occupational groups are provided coverage.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana

This is a universal government health insurance scheme and comes with healthcare facilities for over 40% of the population in India. The scheme provides coverage of around INR 5 lakhs and takes care of the costs of medicines, hospitalization, diagnosis, and many more.
